Comment Policy

I reserve the right to remove comments at my discretion. Think of comment threads like a dinner party at someone's house. If you make the party unpleasant for others or me, you won't be invited back. I am happy to tolerate a wide range of viewpoints, even extreme ones, but I'm not going to tolerate nastiness, vitriol, or excessively snippy snarkiness (say that three times fast) toward the author(s) or other commenters. Regular snarkiness is fine, especially directed toward Brady Campaign folks, or certain NRA F rated politicians. You may make your case passionately, but civility is expected.

Spam Filtering

I use Akismet for spam protection. If your comment never appears, particularly if it has links, it was likely eaten by the spam filter rather than moderated. If you notice your comment never appears, e-mail me and I can go dig it out of the spam folder.
