There probably wasn’t enough support in Congress for repealing that. We wanted this to sail through and be uncontroversial, and it was.

Any word on whether this butterfly knives? As worded, doesn’t bode well considering “bias toward closing” instead of “bias toward opening”, and that balisongs don’t have such a bias either way.
