Fuck I’m in the wrong state! Our house (3 BR 1.5 Bath) was only about $20K cheaper…..

I could imagine it would be easy to convert it into a cute bed & breakfast. It’s decor is reasonably period, and only a few of the interior pictures give any clue for updating needs. It has at least one bathroom with a clawfoot tub and what looks to be original tile.

The gun shop his father owned and operated is a tourist site in Nauvoo, IL operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. JMB wasn’t born until after his father moved to Utah, but you can see where his inspiration came from.

Wow. I could have a mansion for not much more than I’m paying for my normal suburban house. And it would be JMB’s.

Darn. Couldn’t afford the maintenance anyway, even if I would qualify for the loan.
