Concealed Carry Holder Defends Against Road Rage

Check out the story of this concealed carry permit holder:

A man driving a Porsche pulled in behind him and approached him carrying a baseball bat. The man was yelling about the student’s driving.

The student pulled a Glock 23 pistol from his glove box and got out of his car, the report stated.

The man with the bat put his hands up, returned to the Porsche and drove away.

The student called the sheriff’s office from his parents’ Hilton Head home. He was not charged in the incident.

No doubt this one won’t be showing up on the Brady blog.

In a situation like this I always think what would have happened if he didn’t have a CCW. I mean he could have been beaten to death. Mr. bat-wielder could have committed a major felony and the victim could have seriously injured or killed. The mere brandishing of the weapon defused the situation immediately! For the life of me, I cannot understand why anyone would not want to look at this situation honestly and see the good that has come of it.

Because they then might see that we can handle ourselves and don’t need their help. If weren’t beholden unto the .gov or constantly in need of their hand holding……what good are we to them?

Check out Youtube. There’s a video of a couple of rednecks looking for trouble, and videotaping themselves doing it. When they corner a guy driving a BMW, they pull a bat out of their truck, and suddenly find themselves facing the business end of a pistol. Beemer Guy takes the camera for his troubles and the keys to the truck so those three numbnuts couldn’t chase him anymore.
