    I’d like to know if he did the walk through before or after the no bill. I don’t think I would have dome something like that walk trough without my lawyer present.

    Off the cuff, I’d say this was done AFTER the grand jury no-billed the case. That only makes sense.

    It was done the night of the shooting. The police said the date at the beginning of the deposition.

    looks to me like it was done within hours of the shooting… they quoted the time as being 6:30 and i thought the shooting happened near midnight.

    According to the best info I could find the shooting took place near 2 am, so this video would have been within 5 hours of the shooting.
