GBR III – Supporting Project Valor-IT

author Posted by:Sebastian on date Jul 30th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Blogs

Looks like we’ll be supporting Project Valor IT once again in Reno.  That’s fine by me, since I thought Chuck did a fine job representing them in 2007, and it’s a great cause.  Everyone should come out to Reno on Oct 9-12 2008.  I will be there, along with other bloggers and readers.  Bring a lot of guns and ammunition, because there’s some good shooting out there at the Washoe County Regional Shooting Facility.  When we’re not shooting, the Car Museum in Reno is well worth a visit.  Also, don’t miss the fine buffets.

All bloggers and blog readers are welcome to attend.  Just head over to the site to get the details.

  1. Linoge Said,

Bah. And I am still going to have to go with “maybe”. Even this close to the date, I have no idea what my schedule is going to be like. Figures.

  2. Sebastian Said,

I’m in the same boat, though I am likely to make it. For me it’s not schedule, so much as Bitter and my employment status. Reno is just damned expensive to get to from the east coast.

  3. Mr. Completely Said,

Thanks for helping to get the word out for GBR-III. I just got an email from Ashley Varner from the NRA and she and Glen Caroline are both planning to be there like last year, and we’ll set up a special meeting with them as we did before. Hopefully they will have more time this year and will be able to make it to thwe range with us on Saturday for some shooting.
