According to the Brady Campaign, the church shooter in Knoxville used a super-deadly high powered common bird gun to carry out his deadly rampage. Far cry from what they were saying yesterday, which implied it was one of those super-scary Saiga-12s which, you know, fire the exact same shell.

It fires “three shells at a time“? That’s not just a lie–it’s a stupid lie. Even a full-blown fully automatic weapon doesn’t fire more than one round at a time. In fact, to fire more than one round at a time, one would need a double barreled shotgun–you know, the kind the Bradys say they would never want to take away.

Beyond ridiculous, and you KNOW if it had been a slingshot they’d have blown it up beyond reason. THEY do not CARE what it is, they want to take our ability to “reset” away. If the decent law abiding patriot has any form of weapon, it can be used as the 2A intended.

Good thing it wasn’t my non-assault shotgun. 9 in the tube, 1 in the chamber, 6 on the shell-carrier, and a barrel shroud and a bayonet lug (With M7 Bayo fixed in picture) but the Mossy 590 is pum-action, so it isn’t “Evil”
And now every duck-hunter, and probably a bunch of skeet and clays shooters are going “My gun’s an ‘Assault Shotgun???”
