His administration is responsible for this savage being on the streets in the first place. It's a common theme for murders in San Francisco/Oakland; a killer with numerous arrests and convictions who is roaming the streets. The killer in this case should have been deported when he was a juvenile, however San Francisco is a "sanctuary city" and they never reported the poor little MS13 member looking for a better life in America to ICE. The SF DA and mayor have a long history of keeping know violent offenders on the street till they kill someone. Then of course they blame the NRA.
