So, carrying swords and pistols, for the purpose of dueling, will likely remain illegal? I for one, am disappointed.

Not at all please read the section on the definition of arms. It included edge weapons and left open new types of weapons that may be invented in the furure. I read this to go after all the laws aginst knives and tasers in the states once incorporation is done and the gun bans gone.
