		<description>Hmmm. I'm getting a Spearman r of 0.117, which is pretty weak. But the FBI data file is a mess (somebody really needs to teach them basic spreadsheet deisgn), and I've got other things to do, so I only distinguished between RTC and non-RTC states. Maybe I'll play with it more this weekend.</description>
