I’m not angry, nor am I a renter.  I’m a homeowner with a mortgage, but these guys are spot on.  Here’s their YouTube video:

    I’m a homeowner and a landlord. The easy credit period that is thankfully over made it much harder for me to get decent tenants. Anyone with any kind of credit was getting loans, so why rent?

    Also, it was driving housing prices higher and higher making it harder for me to acquire more property.

    Now I expect to be able to get some good deals on real estate and have tenants with better credit.
