Bitter’s report from the people coming out seem to indicate that some folks are optimistic about the outcome, while others are more guarded.  I will update with more information as I can get it.

    The AP said so:

    A majority appears to support the view that the amendment protects an individual’s right to own guns, rather than somehow linking right to service in a state militia.

    Oh goody, they managed to understand Miller…now can we get around to striking down all the unconstitutional laws?

    I’m listening to the audio right now - and Dellinger (DC Advocate) got smacked around, and floundered badly

    Solicitor General is getting hammered over the term “bear arms” and whether that is a separate right from “keep”
