Nebraska Update

It looked like Nebraska’s draconian gun ban was going to get a hearing today, but apparently not.  It could go to a vote any day, so if you live in Nebraska, contact your legislators.

    LB958 is No. 5 on the afternoon agenda. The legislature has been moving slow, but the bills before it on the 1:30 (cst) agenda seem pretty non-controversial. the only caveat is if Sen. Ernie Chambers is mad and wants to filibuster every bill out of spite.

    This is the lawmaker who sued God.
