But I agree with you about snoopy banking laws: usually they're used to snag "victimless" crimes (gambling, drugs, prostitution) instead of actual serious crimes (rape, robbery, assault, murder). And even when they do catch an actual tax evader here and there, nobody would bother to evade the taxes if the taxes weren't already so freakin' high!</description>
