The Virginia senate failed to override. Folks in Virginia… you need to punish Kaine’s party next election.

I’m afraid we’re headed toward permanent “blue” status. I have friends who are generally conservative, but think it’s reasonable to outlaw “assault weapons” and wonder why anyone would want to carry a gun.
I contacted my Sen., but don’t yet know how he voted - he’s a 1st term D.

My guy Barker, voted Nay. I will work very hard for his opponent next election.

Not only Kaine, but the turncoats who allowed him to persuade them to change their votes in the Senate:
Colgan, Puckett, Barker, Yvonne Miller, Northam, Petersen, and Whipple.
At least the other’s who voted against the override did so in the first round. These 8 are obviously more manipulated by the Governor than they are persuaded by their constituents.
