Yeah, that snowstorm’s a pain in the butt.

  2. rightwingprof Said,

Are you all supposed to get the ice storm down there?

  3. Bitter Said,

Yup. Though it doesn’t look like we’re really getting nearly as much as they predicted. There was a layer of ice on my car this morning.

  4. Lysander Said,

It doesn’t look as bad as predicted – then again, I’m south of DC.

  5. Ian Argent Said,

The big question is, can you make it to the gun store and continue your streak of no bitter = +1 gun?

    More seriously, :(

  6. Sebastian Said,

No need to make it to a gun store when you have a C&R license :)

  7. Ian Argent Said,

But I thought you didn’t need any kind of background check to order guns on the interwebz; that you could just call up http://www.assaultweaponsRus.com and have all the fully automatic .50 cal sniper machine killer guns of death delivered to your doorstep no questions asked?

(The amusing thing about that is that I believe a M2HB has been used in the sniper role a couple of times, famously including Gunny Hathcock’s record-setting shot – which would make it a technical example of that long string of idiocy I spewed above)

  8. Wyatt Earp Said,

Terrible driving this morning, but this afternoon and evening has been a little better. Damned two inches of snow shuts down this berg. Unreal.

  9. rightwingprof Said,

That’s all you got, two inches? Sheesh. The snow didn’t slow anybody down here. It was the ice we got later.

  10. Sebastian Said,

I should have gone to DC. Bitter was worried though about the ice.
