    Link good for me.

    I’m only a fraction of the way thru it, but it’s nice to see a liberal smattering of direct quotes from the Founding Fathers.

    As far as I’m concerned, if the SCOTUS wants to learn about the Founders intent, all they need to do is read their other writings.
