I had thought it would have been a bullet stuck in the barrel after he had the squib round that he had to manually eject, but he fired several more shots after that. I'm guessing seriously crap ammo. Obvious case rupture. Perhaps due to case separation, bolt failure, or firing out of battery. He's damned lucky. That kind of thing has GOT to be a very rare event indeed.
