Today is the day we hear about the Heller case. Are you nervous? I’m crapping thumbtacks.

There’s not a doubt in my mind that they’ll take the case (being the opinionated layman that I am). I’ll crap thumbtacks sometime after they hear oral arguments and it starts looking like they’re ready to hand down their ruling(s).
