Thanks! I was thinking those screws probably had something to do with it, but I didn’t want to mess with them and turn out to be wrong :)

The way to adjust a PSO series scope is relatively easy. As you go for your zero, adjust accordingly. Top turret moves your point of impact up or down depending on which way you turn it. The turret on the right side of the scope adjusts for windage. Once you’ve got your sope zeroed (or if you run out of turret on either side) loosen the two small aluminum screws. Lift up gently on the black cam and rotate the lower, silver colored dial back to where it says “0″ or “1″ depending on how you want your scope set up. Once it’s set, retighten the screws. Be careul, as these screws are easy to lose.

One point, though is that the PSO does not have a self centering reticle. So it could be conceivable that your aiming chevrons could be all the way to one side or the other and either all the way to the top or bottom. Had this happen with my 2005 TGI PSL. Reticle was all the way to the right in the scope and almost all the way to the top.

Haha, this happened to me once. My roommate and I were/are both gun owners and we were selling a condo we’d bought together. I said, “Dude, clean your crap up, we’ve got people coming to see the place today.”

When I got home from work, there was a disassembled AK-47 on the kitchen table. Needless to say, we didn’t get an offer from that buyer.

I hung targets in my cube at work. At an gun-neutral to anti-gun company. I figured I could always claim “religious persecution” if asked to take it down by saying I worshiped at “The Church of All-Saints: St. Browning, St. Stoner and St. Kalishnikov”.

As to the scope, if I had one still, I could tell you. If it has screws set into the adjustment caps, once you have the scope zeroed, you have to unscrew those and adjust the turrets to their zero positions. It’s a pain. Similar for the turret zeroing on a Mosin sniper scope.
